Can you rekey my locks after I move into a new home?

Yes—we can rekey compatible residential locks so previous keys no longer work. We’ll inspect your existing hardware and explain whether rekeying or replacement makes sense for your home.

Can my locks be rekeyed instead of replaced?

In most cases, yes, and it’s often the more affordable choice. Rekeying changes the inside of your existing lock so old keys no longer work, and you get new keys without buying new hardware. It’s a great option after moving into a new home, losing keys, or ending a tenant or employee relationship. If your locks are damaged, worn out, or no longer secure, we’ll tell you straight that replacement is the better choice. We’ll only recommend what you actually need.

Today we arrived at our new home and the lock pad with the password was dead!!!! I was questioning my password calling my husband calling the office which was closed today! No one could help I was calling all around my kids and I were locked out for an hour and a half that might sound like no big deal to other people but we were up since 5 am traveling and then sitting outside in the hot (my kids had winter Pjs on) so the hot was super hot for them anyways we get ahold of Johnny!!! Johnny arrived and had us in our home in a blink of an eye! Not only was he super fast to getting to us and then getting us in our home he was supper friendly and so nice to my kids and I.. I was trying to change a lock in a sliding glass door of a home I just purchased, but ended up having some trouble finding the right replacement.  I called and spoke with the technician Johnny over the phone who was very helpful in identifying what kind of lock I was dealing with and explained some options for it.  I ended up scheduling an appointment for him to come out, he was both on time and professional, and ultimately got a set of new keys made for it.  I’d definitely use him again in the future and would recommend to others.
